Fall always brings the best live music events back to the venues, and this year is no exception. After a summer of taking the festival season by storm ( we saw them at FIB, BIGSOUND, Low Festival…), Besmaya is returning to intimate concert venues. On October 15, the tour promoting *La vida de Nadie* ( 2026) will kick off its second leg at Apolo 1: last tickets on sale.
Between urban and alternative
If you haven’t added them to your radar yet, this project—based between San Sebastián and Barcelona—was launched in early 2020 and, in a very short time, broke the half-million mark for monthly streams on Spotify. They’re often referred to as “the Javis of laid-back pop,” and the label fits them like a glove. The style of Javier Echávarri and Javier Ojanguren (Besmaya) draws inspiration from artists like Alizzz, Cupido, and The Flaming Lips, resulting in a sound where alternative and urban influences coexist seamlessly.

Going to a Besmaya concert means jumping and singing along to established hits like “Sobrenatural” or “GAS,” but it’s also a chance to discover live the latest tracks from their most recent album, such as “Mama” or “Cuando te tengo delante.” We all agree: what’s most compelling about their music is the lyrics, which serve as a generational mirror by blending reflections on today’s world with more intimate, everyday emotions. As a farewell to “the Nadie era,” the duo has just announced a new song: “Alguien.”
