If life in Barcelona already seems like a roller coaster to you, get ready for the most intense free fall sensation without leaving Catalonia. The latest adventure that is triumphing in social networks takes Barcelonans to defy gravity in San Llorenç de Morunys, in the province of Lleida, to perform the highest bungee jump ing in all of Spain and southern Europe, with 122 meters high.
This plan is the definition of an “extreme getaway”, ideal for injecting adrenaline into your weekend.
The Bungee Jumping: 122 Meters of Free Falling

The destination of this experience is an imposing natural enclave near San Vicenç de Morunys, where a dam becomes the springboard for the brave. The total height is 122 meters, making it the highest bungee jumping in Spain and all of southern Europe.
To reach this point, the adventure begins with a journey that is a getaway in itself, traveling through Catalan landscapes to the Solsonès region. The road skirts the river until we reach the dam, giving us a glimpse of the spectacle that will be laid at our feet when we reach the jumping platform.
Once up there, the jump lasts just a second, but the heart is made a life. You can choose between bungee jumping (vertical fall with an elastic rope that stops you at a point) or swing, a jump from the side where you end up swinging more than falling down.
The price is around 80 euros and it is a perfect option for those looking for a radical disconnection plan, as it combines immersion in nature with the thrill of extreme sports.
How to get there from Barcelona?
The adventure takes place in the area of San Llorenç de Morunys, in the Llosa del Cavall reservoir, in the province of Lleida.
The best option is by car (1 hour and 45 minutes to 2 hours and 30 minutes) taking the C-16 (E-9) road towards Manresa/Berga. From there, continue on local roads to the dam area.
By public transport (train/bus), the journey is longer and requires a transfer in Manresa and Solsona, requiring a final transport to the jumping point.
