It’s getting dark earlier and earlier and, although we love the long sunny days, the early nights have their advantages. For example, being able to enjoy a beautiful night show at a perfect time, like the one Droneart Show will offer next October 23rd and 24th at the Parc del Fòrum. How does the technology behind DroneArt Show work?
DroneArt Show has 500 drones, which are divided into two different fleets that will create the fantastic figures that illustrate the show (animals, flowers, dancers…). The reason for having two fleets is purely technical: this model of drone can only make flights of 8 minutes before running out of battery. Thus, while one fleet is “working” the other is charging, and so on. This ensures an uninterrupted show.
This innovative technology, owned by Nova Sky Stories, has already been used to perform different DroneArt Shows around the world (in Spain alone it has already been seen in Madrid and Seville, where now it repeats), but not only that: this same drone model was one of the protagonists of the spectacular show Grace for The World, which on September 13 filled with music (with artists such as Pharrell Williams, Andrea Bocelli, Karol G or Jennifer Hudson) St. Peter’s Square at the Vatican.
