BCL Final Four Matches and Schedule

They fought until the end but fell short: by a narrow margin , Asisa Joventut lost Game 3 of the quarterfinal playoff series against AEK BC. This eliminates La Penya’s chances of hosting this highly anticipated final. Even so, two top teams from the ACB League and two beloved European clubs make up the four contenders for the Basketball Champions League Final Four.
On Thursday, May 7, starting at 6:00 p.m. , the semifinals will be played at the Palau Municipal d’Esports in Badalona with the following matchups:
- Rytas Vilnius – La Laguna Tenerife
- Unicaja – AEK BC
The two finalists will emerge from these two matches and will battle for glory on Saturday, May 9, starting at 6:00 p.m. Earlier that same day, the third-place game will also be played.
Unicaja is the clear favorite: the team from Málaga is in top form and has won the trophy in the past two seasons, though its rivals won’t make it easy for them. La Laguna Tenerife also has two BCL titles (2017 and 2022), and AEK BC of Athens has one (2018). The biggest upset would be a win by Rytas Vilnius (from Lithuania), but anything can happen on May 9.
