The city of Barcelona will welcome Melchior, Gaspar and Balthazar next Monday, January 5, 2026 in the traditional Three Kings Parade. The route will run through the streets of Barcelona throughout the afternoon of Monday.
Although the day will begin with the institutional ceremony of welcome in which the mayor, Jaume Collboni, will preside the act of reception at 16:30 hours in the Portal de la Pau square with bread and salt as a symbol of hospitality, in addition to the “magic key” that allows to open the doors of all homes in the city for the distribution of gifts.
The route of the 2026 Three Kings Parade in Barcelona

The royal procession will start at 18:00 hours from the Marquès de l’Argentera Avenue and the Circumval-lació promenade, next to the Ciutadella Park. The procession will feature local scenographers, choreographers, musicians and dancers in a staging that will incorporate new technologies to the traditional route.
The procession will follow the same route as in previous editions, running along Passeig de Colom and Avinguda del Paral-lel until reaching Plaça d’Espanya. According to the municipal forecast, the head of the parade will arrive at the intersection of Paseo de Colom and Via Laietana at 18:35 hours and will reach the monument to Columbus twenty minutes later.

The passage through Avinguda del Paral-lel with Ronda de Sant Pau is expected for 19:30 hours. Afterwards, the procession will advance through the Sant Antoni Market (19:45 hours) and will go down Sepúlveda street.
The arrival at Avenida Reina Maria Cristina is scheduled for 20:50 hours, and the closing of the route will take place at Avenida Francesc Ferrer i Guàrdia, next to the Magic Fountain, at 21:10 hours.

There will be reserved spaces along the route specifically for people with disabilities or functional diversity who have an accreditation card.
