For those of us who measure the week by the crisp, airy crust, the aroma of fresh tomatoes, and melted cheese, the calendar has just given us a monumental treat. Barcelona is gearing up for seven days of pure culinary fervor thanks to Pizza Week Spain Edition 2026, a showcase of talent where the best pizza masters team up with chefs and mixologists to offer one-of-a-kind bites through the 50 Top Pizza, the Michelin Guide to pizza.
To help you navigate this landscape of flour and creativity, we’ve organized the city’s complete schedule for you. From traditional desserts brought directly from Naples to combinations that recreate the colors of the Italian flag, here’s the essential Barcelona itinerary, organized by day and venue.
