Baqueira Beret is the natural setting for the Polar Sound Occident festival that will witness a lot of music and good times on March 13 and 14, 2026. What’s so special about Polar Sound Occident? Obviously, its location: it is the only music festival that is held at more than 2,000 meters above sea level (specifically, in Baqueira Beret) and in the middle of the snow season. That makes it a perfect plan for music lovers who also love skiing or snowboarding and nature tourism.
Polar Sound Occident 2026: all we know so far
We already know where we will ski and where we will finish off the 2026 snow season: on the slopes of Baqueira Beret. It will be on March 13 and 14 on the esplanade of the parking lot of the resort itself. We also know that in this space, with feather coats, the food trucks will warm up the atmosphere, the beer will flow with pleasure, and the music will sound for two days.
The Polar Sound Occident 2026 line-up will be announced soon and remembering some artists from last year’s line-up we predict unforgettable concerts. Surely there will be no shortage of powerful live acts, like the headliners of previous editions of the festival: from Viva Suecia to Ana Mena, from Vetusta Morla to Izal, from Hombres G to Dani Fernández… What a star-studded line-up!
The party will be complemented by the best DJs of the national scene, who will liven up the evening between concerts and will make us dance until the wee hours of the morning, after the performances of the last artists.
As for the rest of the plan for these days, we know that we can complement the festival pass with ski passes for unlimited skiing during these days. These complements, as well as others (for example, recommended accommodation or transport so that you don’t have to take the car) will also be on sale soon.
