Our experience at Can Dimas, by the hand of @topfoodbcn, starts with a plate of Galician octopus with potatoes, whose tenderness conquers us at the first bite. Then, we let ourselves be seduced by the stuffed garotas, which surprise us with their softness and flavor. It had been a long time since we had tasted something so exquisite.
But the adventure does not end there. We also ventured to try the lobster with egg and potatoes. Although we expected it in a different way, its intense flavor caught our attention. Among the rice dishes, the undisputed kings were the spider crab rice and the rice with galta in beer. These dishes are individual, but we decided to order several to share and try a bit of everything.
