Neither dead nor on a spree: she is preparing her next tour. Rigoberta Bandini -soundtrack of the pandemic, finalist of the Benidorm Fest and musical reference on its own merits- has announced its return to the stage and Barcelona is already tuning its dancing shoes to shout again Mom, Mom, Mom! After a temporary withdrawal, Paula Ribó has announced a new tour to promote her new album, Jesucrista Superstar. You may have already heard some previews of this album through singles such as Si Muriera Mañana or Pamela Anderson.
The new tour will have stops in Seville, Bilbao, Pamplona, Malaga, Zaragoza, A Coruña, Madrid, Murcia, Valencia and, obviously, Barcelona. The concert will be on June 28th at the Palau Sant Jordi and tickets are already on sale.
In her concert, the artist Paula Ribó -and consequently of her alter ego, Rigoberta Bandini-will review, surely, in addition to the songs of her new album, the songs of the time when her popularity soared, back in 2020, when in the middle of the pandemic she published her first song In Spain We Call It Soledad. From there, the Catalan obtained a second position in the Benidorm Fest and released her debut album, La Emperatriz, an icon and reference of the Spanish music of this decade.
