The brand behind the famous Satisfyer, the female sex toy that changed the sector just over five years ago, is about to open its first physical store in Spain, and has chosen the heart of the Barrio Gòtic as a showcase. Until now, its products had reached millions of homes in more than 100 countries mainly through the Internet or ‘sex shops’, but now they are looking to connect directly with the public in a physical space.
The store, which is not at the address that was revealed weeks ago, is being set up at Portaferrissa 21, where the Uruguayan fashion brand Urban Haus used to be. It will have 83 square meters so that visitors can see, touch and try the products, and receive personalized advice from experts.
An immersive concept to get to know the gadgets up close.
Satisfyer wants its store to be more than just a point of sale. The space is designed to be immersive and open, so that customers can check out textures, performance and a variety of designs. From the famous Satisfyer Pro 2 to its entire range of vibrators and clitoral suckers, the aim is to normalize female pleasure and bring the experience closer to those who do not yet know the brand.
The landing in Barcelona is part of its global expansion strategy, which includes opening 50 stores in cities such as Frankfurt, Miami and the Catalan capital itself. The company will invest 750 million euros to strengthen its physical presence, combining online sales with the in-person experience.
The exact opening date has not yet been announced, but it promises to become a reference point in the Gòtic for those seeking innovation and sexual well-being.
