La Mercè is just around the corner and once again reveals its best gastronomic plans. Between music, culture and tradition, this year the Terra i Gust fair celebrates its fifth edition, consolidating its location in the Parc de la Ciutadella from September 26 to 28. The proposal remains true to its premise: to highlight the value of local and responsible gastronomy, without losing sight of the pleasure of good food.
It will be, once again, a fair with 14 local restaurants with tapas at 5 € that are committed to organic, seasonal and local ingredients, organized by the City Council of Barcelona, along with the Association of Gastronomy and Tourism of Baix Llobregat and Slow Food Barcelona.
Which restaurants will participate in Terra i Gust 2025?

This year you will be able to taste dishes from Agreste Mar, Bar Súper, Bistrot Levante, Casa Xica, El Brot, El Filete Ruso, Espai Puntal, Fella Pizza, Happy Food Eco, La Sosenga, Llamber, Mescladís, Teòric Taverna Gastronòmica, and a guest restaurant from Manchester, featured city of La Mercè 2025.
Each establishment will offer two dishes at a single price of 5 euros, made with local, organic and seasonal products.
In addition, the Barcelona Beer Festival (BBF) will once again select six local craft beer producers. There will also be natural wines from L’Olivera (Can Calopa), Rabassaires, Vins de Grop, Terra Buxena and Clot de les Soleres, and for those who prefer non-alcoholic options, organic kombucha from Lov Kombucha. The after-dinner snack will be completed with seasonal artisan ice cream from Delacrem and specialty coffee with The Milk & Coffee, a bicycle that allows you to grind and prepare coffee while pedaling.
Local farmers market and workshops.

In collaboration with Arrels – El Món que Torna, five small producers will bring organic fruits and vegetables from Tugas i Cia, aromatic herbs from Emporarom, Xolis d’Adons sausages, bread and focaccias from Forno Bomba, and raw cow’s milk cheeses from Molí de Ger. In addition to offering their products, they will organize workshops and tastings to bring the public closer to sustainable and local food.
On the other hand, the Aula de Cuina will host showcookings with prominent chefs such as Beatrice Casella (Glug, Cook of the Year 2024) and Víctor Quintillà (Lluerna, Michelin Star and Green Star). There will also be a tribute to Josep Lladonosa, “Cook&Chat” sessions on Mediterranean Diet and climate emergency, and the presentation of the latest book by Pep Salsetes, chef, farmer and seed guardian.
The Espai Consum Responsable will offer workshops, shows and fun activities for all audiences, with values such as responsible consumption, organic farming and food waste prevention. Families will be able to learn about local herbs, local fish, healthy cooking and zero waste. Among the shows are La Bleda and L’Ecopagès, which combine sustainability and humor.
Music will also be the protagonist, with concerts to accompany the midday vermouths, live music in the afternoon and more powerful rhythms to dance to at night. Performing will be: Son de Madera (Mexico), Juan Andrés Ospina (Colombia-BCN), Kokoshca (Pamplona) on Friday 26 and Saturday 27; and on Sunday 28 will close the edition Ríoghnach Connolly & Honeyfeet (Manchester) and Sehar Gul Khan (Pakistani influences).
