For two nights only, on March 5 and 6, the darkness of the Barcelona night will be interrupted by an explosion of light and color: a thousand drones will conquer the sky, creating infinite shapes. Meanwhile, in the Parc del Fòrum, a string quartet will play delightful classical music. This is DroneArt Show, coming to Barcelona to delight us with this balanced blend of technology and art. Tickets for the show are now on sale:you can get them here.
This will be the second time that the DroneArt Show can be seen in Barcelona after the great reception it received last October, when it sold out. Our city is thus joining the craze for musical drones, which this year will also fly over Madrid and Alicante and can be seen in many cities in Europe (Toulouse, Paris, Berlin…) and North America (Phoenix, San Antonio, New Orleans…).
What is DroneArt Show?

DroneArt Show is a classical music concert in which a string quartet performs famous pieces by the great masters of classical music. They are accompanied on stage by hundreds of candles: nothing else is needed to light up the stage, which is an intimate and cozy space despite the immensity of the Parc del Fòrum.
And this intimacy suddenly gives way to an explosion of magic, produced by the thousand drones that appear in the sky. Synchronized with the music being played, these fleets of flying robots generate shapes: animals, flowers, stars, abstract figures… One of the great novelties of this second edition of the Drone Art Show in Barcelona is the role of the drones: from 500 drones in 2025, we now have 1,000, which will take turns to offer a great show.

These drones feature technology from Nova Sky Stories, which made a splash in 2025 with the spectacular Grace for the World show. Held in Vatican City, it brought together artists of the stature of Andrea Bocelli, Pharrell Williams, Jennifer Hudson, Karol G, and John Legend, who performed great classics while drones lit up St. Peter’s Square in the sky.
As the DroneArt Show takes place at night, we may feel like having dinner. Inside the venue, we can have a drink and enjoy different dishes served by food trucks while we enjoy the show.
DroneArt Show concert repertoire

DroneArt Show will feature a set list with a selection of classical music hits as well as some lesser-known but equally beautiful pieces. While the drones fly over Barcelona, the string quartet will perform pieces that could already be enjoyed in 2025, such as Vivaldi’s Four Seasons, Debussy’s Snow Dance, Modest Mussorgsky ‘sBallet of the Chicks in Their Shells, and Camille Saint-Saëns’The CuckooandThe Swan. In addition to this already delightful repertoire, this time Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov’s The Flight of the Bumblebee and Paul Dukas’ symphonic poem The Sorcerer’s Apprentice will also be performed.
The concert lasts approximately 65 minutes. Just over an hour in which music, art, and technology come together to bring us a spectacular yet intimate show.
The show will start promptly at 9:00 p.m., but so that you can get the best seat (although tickets are divided into zones, there are no numbered seats) and enjoy a snack or light dinner, the gates to the Parc del Fòrum will open two hours earlier, at 7:00 p.m.
