This has been advanced by the newspaper Ara, although neither the rapper nor the club have so far commented on the matter.
Scott has 54 million monthly listeners on Spotify and is known, in addition to his music, for his artistic alter ego, Cactus Jack, and for his collaborations with brands such as Nike to create sneakers and other fashion garments.

Scott’s appearance in the Barça jersey will not be the first of his career in Catalonia. The rapper is American, but in 2023 he put on the most Catalan jersey of all, that of the castellers, to record the video clip of the song Sirens, participating in a castell and making appear in the video up to five colles castelleres.
In addition, during the videclip, the rapper also walks through the streets of Ciutat Meridiana with residents of the area, and other streets of municipalities around Barcelona as Montcada or Terrassa. Finally, Tarragona also appears, where the rapper recorded, in the Tarraco Arena, the castells in which he participated.
