The new channel, which will work in a unidirectional way (yes, sorry, we had thought so too) wants to serve to keep users informed in real time about the status of the rail service.
Thus, those who subscribe to the channel will receive messages from the company to disseminate warnings, incidents, alternative transport plans and service restoration, among other relevant information.

To subscribe to the service, users can access the Renfe channel through this link provided by Rodalies. The registration process is simple: it only requires pressing the “Follow” button, with no need to provide a phone number or personal data.
Once added to the application, the channel is located in the “What’s New” tab, and a green circle will indicate the presence of unread messages each time the information is updated.
