There are certain memorable events in life. Events that we can’t decide when they happen because they are either priceless or not dependent on us. Some examples of this kind of situations could be the first eye contact with a child, the certainty of having found the love of your life or, almost at the same level, seeing your dog going down a water slide.
Truly, this last one is priceless, epic, memorable. It is engraved in one’s memory (as much, more or less, as the first time you take them to the beach). That must be why the Aquapark Canino Perros al Agua (Ctra. Vallderiolf, Km 2, 5, 08430 La Roca del Vallès, Barcelona), is so successful. It is in La Roca del Vallès and is the first water park for dogs in Spain, the second in the world and one of the few in Europe.
And the Catalans (or anyone who wants to enjoy a moment like this) have the chance to see it, since it is only half an hour away from Barcelona.
Two huge swimming pools, a dune area to wallow in and gardens to play ball or frisbee. In addition, ramps, jumping areas and those slides that will make you fill your eyes with tears of emotion.
All for 16 euros, dog included, which is the cost of a ticket with which you can spend the day sunbathing and playing with your dog until you end up as tired as he is.
By the way, there is also a Chill out area, with a restaurant with vegan options, a bar where you can have a vermouth, a creperie, a pool bar and two terraces to enjoy all day outdoors.
