As for Candlelight’s concert lineup—which we absolutely love—we can’t help but highlight their upcoming tribute to The Lord of the Rings, with several dates in Barcelona throughout March, April, and May. If you’re a fan of the adventures of Middle-earth, don’t even think twice—the January and February datessold out in record time.
In addition to these individual events, as the weather warms up, festivals start popping up all over the city. One of the biggest is undoubtedly Primavera Sound 2026, which already has its full lineup, featuring classics like The Cure, Massive Attack, and Gorillaz among the headliners. Although tickets for the main festival are sold out, you can still get tickets for the festival’s closing daytime party, Primavera Bits, featuring a lineup headlined by Carl Cox, followed by Joseph Capriati, BLOND:ISH, and Greta. As if that weren’t enough, we already know the lineup for Primavera a la Ciutat, “the other” Primavera.
We also can’t forget about Cruïlla, another of Barcelona’s major festivals. The lineup features names like Halsey, Faithless, Suede, Garbage, The Black Crowes… and many more: we’ve listed them here.
And to top it all off: this is crazy, because we already know about some concerts… from 2027! Yes, the Murcia-based band Viva Suecia has already announced a concert in Barcelona, specifically in January 2027— we’ve got all the details here. Other artists confirmed for 2027 include Barry B (January 8) and La Casa Azul (March 13).
