The walls that once sheltered medieval counts are now preparing to welcome a completely different rhythm. On June 13, the historic Castell de Clasquerí, located in Castellar del Vallès, will open the gates to its gardens to host a unique leisure event that blends historic heritage with musical nostalgia.
The Macroaplec Dance Remember organization has scheduled five hours of outdoor festivities, from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., taking advantage of the spring sunset. This event aims to offer an alternative to the usual urban evening scene, bringing the hits of the 1990s and 2000s to a setting with over a thousand years of history.
A soundtrack from the ’90s in a castle from the 11th century
The site, considered a highlight of Catalan Gothic architecture and once frequented by historical figures such as Ramon Borrell, Ermessenda of Carcassonne, and Guillem I of Montcada, will be temporarily transformed into an outdoor dance floor. The musical atmosphere for the event will be provided by DJs Jordi Veliz, Javi Level, Sergi Domene, David Oleart, Enzo Ferrara, and Dany BPM, who will play the best-known hits from both eras.
Tickets to attend this event are now available for purchase online. General admission passes start at 23 euros.
For those opting for additional services, the organization has made tickets available in the VIP Zone starting at 45 euros, which grant access to an exclusive space for 100 people and include a private bar, views of the fortress, and two drinks. There is also a full package for 70 euros that includes VIP admission, priority parking, and a lunch menu served at the castle itself before the musical event begins.
