Oki Wok is a space still unknown to the great Catalan public, but with its current free buffet menu it will soon gain followers. This restaurant serves crustaceans and fish, as well as pasta, rice dishes and grilled meats, for 16.95 euros on weekdays.
This restaurant specializing in Asian cuisine in the province of Tarragona offers a wide variety of Chinese and Japanese dishes to accompany the great claim: fresh seafood cooked on the spot.
As in other similar woks, the client chooses what he wants to cook at the moment, so that the restaurant staff prepares it in the huge wok pans typical of Asian cuisine.
Although on weekends the menu costs 21.95 euros, it is possibly one of the most competitive menus in price and quantity currently available in Catalonia. Hence its recent rise to fame.
The prices are per adult, but here children under 7 years old will pay half of what is fixed in the menu.
As for opening hours, Oki Wok is open from 12:45 to 16:00 h and from 19:50 to 23:30 h during the months of July and August, and, the rest of the year, from 13:00 to 16:00 h and from 20:30 to 23:30 h.
The restaurant is located at Carrer de Bèlgica, 22, in Roda de Berà (Tarragona), near the Arco de Bará. Its location next to the N-340 and the proximity to the AP-7 freeway exit, between Barà de Mar and Les Torres, make it a regular stop for many families, especially during the summer vacation season.
