Last minute shopping will have a special schedule during this long weekend of the Constitution. Shopping from Saturday December 6 to Monday December 8 will have somewhat changing schedules in Barcelona, depending on the supermarket chain you choose.

Mercadona in Barcelona
The Valencian supermarket chain will not make distinctions and will maintain its opening policy on Saturday from 9 am to 9:30 pm, and will close both Sunday 7 and Monday December 8.
Lidl in Barcelona
Lidl will usually operate its stores from Saturday to Monday, although it will do so with reduced opening hours from 9 am to 3 pm as a holiday on both Sunday December 7 and Monday December 8. Check the schedule at your nearest store.
Aldi in Barcelona
Aldi will open its stores on the 3 days of the long weekend. It will do so at the following times: Saturday from 9 am to 9 pm; Sunday from 12 pm to 8 pm; and Monday from 9 am to 9 pm. You can check the schedule of your nearest store on their website.
Carrefour in Barcelona
On the one hand, the Carrefour Express will open on Saturday from 9 am to 11 pm, and Sundays and authorized holidays from 9 am to 11 pm (from 09:00 to 14:00 if it is half day).
Carrefour Market will have shorter opening hours. Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Sundays and holidays from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. as long as they are authorized opening days, as in the case of this Constitution long weekend.
Bonpreu and Esclat in Barcelona
The supermarkets of this Catalan chain will open reduced opening hours. On Saturday, December 6 from 9 am to 9 pm, on Sunday they will close and on Monday 8 they will open again until 2:30 pm.
Esclat supermarkets will have the same opening hours on Saturday, but on Sunday they will open until 14:30, as well as on Monday December 8. Check here.
Condis in Barcelona
Condis supermarkets, many of them, will close on Sunday and on Saturday they will open in their usual split schedule, closing from 14:00 to 17 hours. However, schedules may change from one store to another. Consult here.
