The INEFC of Montjuïc will become this weekend a little piece of the Caribbean with the Festival Salsa y Sabor, three days dedicated to gastronomy, music and Latin culture.
From October 10 to 12, Barcelona will be filled with tropical rhythms, exotic cocktails and Caribbean food in an event that promises to be a real party of flavors, dance and joy.
Food, music and open-air rumba
The festival will bring together 12 gastronomic proposals from Venezuela, Cuba, Colombia, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Mexico, Peru and even the French Antilles. A culinary journey through Latin America with dishes ranging from arepas and ceviches to mofongos or tacos al pastor.
In addition, the program will include tastings, salsa classes, domino tables, Caribbean cocktails and a live salsa show to celebrate the 15th anniversary of the legendary Bombón, one of the most popular Latin parties in Barcelona.
On Friday 10 the festival will open at 7 pm, while on Saturday 11 and Sunday 12 the rumba will start at 12 noon. The ticket costs 6 € and is purchased directly at the venue (children get in free).
