This weekend, Barcelona will celebrate its Festa Major d’Hivern with the celebration of Santa Eulàlia (February 12-15). To mark this celebration, citizens will have the opportunity to visit the most exclusive rooms of the town hall on Saturday, February 14.

The municipal government will allow access to spaces that are normally restricted to institutional activity, such as the Escala Negra, the Saló de les Cròniques, the Capella del Bon Consell, the Sala Tàpies, the Saló del Bon Govern, the Sala del Treball, the Mayor’s Office, the Saló de Plens Carles Pi i Sunyer, the Saló de Cent, the Saló del Consolat de Mar, the Mayor’s Office of Honor, the Saló de Carles III, the Saló de la Ciutat, the Galeria Gòtica, and the Escala d’Honor.
For those who want to delve deeper into history, guided tours of the Chronicles and Cent rooms will be offered from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Sign language interpretation (LSC) sessions have been scheduled for the Saló de les Cròniques (11:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m., and 1:00 p.m.) and the Saló de Cent (11:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m., and 1:30 p.m.).

The Pati de Carruatges will host the puppet show En Patufet, performed by the La Petita Brownie company, with performances at 11:15 a.m. and 1:15 p.m. After the show, children can take part in a creative workshop to assemble and paint their own paper puppet.
