The Repsol Guide has launched a new edition of its Soletes this 2025, this time with a special focus: places where pets are also welcome. Among the 270 establishments selected throughout Spain, 13 are in Barcelona, confirming that the city is an ideal destination for those who want to enjoy good gastronomy without separating from their pets.
Restaurants such as Benzina, Desoriente, Fábula, Tiberi Bar or Costa Brava stand out for their cozy atmosphere, good cuisine and, now, for their pet-friendly character. Also on the list are Mecánic, AlNorte, Funky Eatery, Green Leka, Buriti, Masa Vins, Pecat Cocktail Bar and Galán.

In Catalonia, the list is completed by the restaurants Nimú (Celrà) and Craft Room (Castell-Platja d’Aro) in the province of Girona; Tatanka (La Pobla de Segur), Abbiocco Brunch (Lleida), Cal Poldo Xic (Solsona), Mesigual (Solsona), in Lleida; and la Botifarra (Tarragona), Twins Craft Beer (Tarragona), Casal (L’Espluga de Francolí) in Tarragona.
These premises not only allow access to animals, but some even have details designed especially for them, from fresh water to comfortable spaces to rest while their owners enjoy brunch, an aperitif or dinner.
With these new Soletes, there are now more than 4,500 neighborhood restaurants recognized by the Spanish guide, which annually highlights the friendly service and good cuisine within a moderate budget.
