Roast turkey, pumpkin pie, soccer… and all the family and friends at the table bordering on awkward discussions. The good thing about adopting other people’s traditions is that you can keep what interests you most, so if this year you feel like celebrating Thanksgiving (and even if you are one of those who call it Thanksgiving), we leave you two options to do it in Barcelona where you will be given all the necessary elements except the awkward conversations.
Coco Vail: free roast turkey buffet
CocoVail is a beer garden with 24 beers and all the American food available: chicken wings, burgers, mac’n’cheese… and an endless list of hot sauces to accompany those wings and test your stamina. Of course, they also celebrate Thanksgiving in Barcelona with a pretty sexy menu.
Specifically, an all-you-can-eat buffet for 30€ that includes Turkey, Mashed Potatoes, Stuffing, Cornbread, Green Beans, Cranberry Sauce and Pumpkin Pie. Drinks, of course, are on the side.
The party will start at 12:30 p.m. by broadcasting the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, New York’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, and then broadcasting two of the NFL games scheduled for that day.

Henry’s: roast turkey sandwiches and specialty beers.
As they call it: annual turkey day. Thanksgiving is celebrated at Henry’s with a Thanksgiving menu with all the elements made dinner food. Leftover roast turkey sandwich (a post-Thanksgiving classic), pumpkin spice cheesecake, cider cocktail and, of course, soccer starting at 6:30pm.
All in all, an authentic American culinary experience to strive to understand that it’s not all Trump in the country of the United States.
