Barcelona celebrated this Monday, August 25, the awards ceremony for the best decorated streets of the Festes de Sants 2025. In total 11 streets and squares have participated, as many as last year and one less than in 2023, with decorations ranging from literary tributes to fantastic and vindicative assemblies.
The event, which took place in the Espanya Industrial park, left a very tight podium that was settled in the afternoon, with a week of festivities still ahead.

It was finally Valladolid street that won the first prize. Its neighbors transformed the street into a journey through the universe of Jules Verne, recreating landscapes, characters and inventions of the visionary French writer of the nineteenth century. Among the most photographed details, a life-size reproduction of the Nautilus, the mythical submarine from 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea.
Finlàndia street, with its ‘Bosc encantat’, took second place and also the prize for the best roof, while Papin street took third place with a tribute to the historic pottery Casa Batllori.
