The Festes de Sants are back for another year with its 11 decorated streets, each one with themes that mix tradition, popular culture and neighborhood creativity. All the guarnits are made with recycled material, from cardboard and plastic bottles to fabrics and elements from previous years.
- Carrer Alcolea de Baix – La vida secreta dels aliments: The entrance is a big fridge, and all the food that shouldn’t be inside hangs from the ceiling, showing visitors what food does when we don’t see it. Ultra-processed foods are “punished” in this fun recreation.
- Carrer Alcolea de Dalt – Circ Alcolea: With a tent at the entrance and booths, wagons and caravans at the other end, the roof is filled with balloons and details that pay tribute to historical figures of the Catalan circus as Charlie Rivel and Circ Raluy. Among the attractions are recreated the typical popcorn cart and the seer Sibila.
- Plaça de la Farga – Floral Garden: With many more flowers than in previous years, the elements are made of cardboard, fabrics and recycled plastics painted in bright colors. The giant testos in the portalada give way to a roof full of climbing plants, creating a green and floral space.

- Carrer Finlàndia – Terra d’encanteris: The street is transformed into a fantastic forest with vines, leaves, flowers and giant butterflies. The doorway is shaped like a butterfly, and inside you can stroll among reflective arches, animal houses and a magical well.
- Carrer Galileu – Recorregut per les festes populars: The portalada is a large castell de Sant Jordi with a drac, and the guarnit pays homage to the popular culture groups, including castellers and sardanas.
- Carrer Guadiana – Estació intergalàctica: A space station welcomes aliens of all kinds under a sky full of stars, planets, rockets and ships. In another doorway, a giant crab “washes” the spaceships.
- Carrer Papin – Terrisseria Casa Batllori: The doorway reproduces the entrance to the Carrer Cros pottery, with pieces hanging from the ceiling, a potter working on the potter’s wheel and shelves with warm-colored ceramics.
- Carrer Sagunt – Centenari del Metro: The portalada is a modernist-style metro entrance, inspired by Urquinaona. The tour includes an almost life-size carriage and a replica of the Sants track box, with thousands of old tickets hanging from the ceiling.
- Carrer Valladolid – Homenatge a Jules Verne: Behind the gateway is the Nautilus submarine from 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea. Visitors also tour volcanoes and giant mushrooms from Journey to the Center of the Earth, and travel to the moon with Verne’s rocket.
- Carrer Vallespir de Dalt – Festa Major per dins: The portalada reproduces the warehouses of Carrer Violant d’Hongria, showing how a guarnit is set up throughout the year, including festivities such as the revetlla de Sant Joan, the spring and autumn festivals, and the calçotada.
- Carrer Vallespir de Baix – Plaça dels Països Catalans: Recreates the square before the works, offering an alternative space for skating thanks to the collaboration with the Snt4Ever association, becoming an interactive guarnit for all visitors.
