We take advantage of the Fiestas de Sants to gather some of our favorite restaurants in the neighborhood, but what is good for parties is good for the whole year, and this guide is, from now on, our leader when it comes to mark the way forward if we want to eat in one of the coolest neighborhoods in Barcelona.

Terra descudella
Catalan cuisine restaurant that has warned that it will close its doors after the holidays, so running to visit it. It offers authentic Catalan cuisine, noted for its quality homemade food and exquisite service.

Bodega of the kind we want more of, thought for the neighborhood, small but tough, with simple but tasty and honest dishes and the best Russian salad in the neighborhood.

A c renovated c catering house of Catalan cuisine renovated with all the letters. The restaurant we would want in any neighborhood, with well-prepared local cuisine and a format that spans from breakfast time to a dinner that stretches. From gildas and cans to make vermouth to spoon dishes (watch out for the potatoes masked with black sausage) to extend the meal. A 10.

Bodega Bartolí
An emblematic place in Sants, open since 1939, famous for its homemade tapas and traditional atmosphere. The historic wine cellar that you always want to have nearby: gildas, boquerones, homemade vermouth and a small terrace to stay to live. And they have a menu of the day on top of that.

Montferry
The b ocatas de la Montferry, no need to say more. We’ve already told you about this place, one of the most iconic wineries in the neighborhood, which had to close its old place but opened the new one offering good wine with a differential stroke: their sandwiches of the day, which are announced on twitter daily with combinations to which more crazy and rich. A marvel.

Kobuta Ramen
His success in Sants has led him to open a second location on Gran Via, as this place is undoubtedly among the best ramens in Barcelona. Hundred percent homemade broths, with deep flavors and, in addition, tapas such as gyozas, takoyaki, potato salad or Japanese fried chicken.

Italian oven with sourdough breads, sliced pizza, focaccia and ‘cinnamon buns’ that we already told you about in a video how much we liked it. Like having a Neapolitan bakery, but under your house in Sants, nothing more. That’s all, what else is there for?.

La Mundana
One of the historic gastrotabernas of Barcelona, years already offering contemporary and creative cuisine at reasonable prices. Its bravas in ingot are already mythical in the city and its torrixuxo, a mixture of torrezno and xuixo, one of the pioneers of this dessert that is now everywhere. This is a great place that has a Bib Gourmand for a reason.

The hambuguesas and the bravas that have won a thousand awards. Safe bet for a party obviously and place to eat well. The praise of simplicity. Faced with burgers of kikos and bravas of a thousand colors, good product, simple ideas but fantastic recipes.

Bar Tremendo
One of our favorite tortillas in town. Also le hicimoTremendo answers a simple question: what do you eat when you go hiking in the countryside? Tortilla and chicken emapanao. Well, those are Tremendo’s specialties: tortilla on the one hand, and Kentucky-style fried chicken on the other. Both stem from making a popular food restaurant but with a chef who’s forged his way through Michelin-starred cooking bars in London.s a video, so watch it to see one of those places.
