Ramen is much more than soup. Just as a stew with a bad broth is nothing, the key to a good ramen is a top quality broth. And from here, elements are added: handmade noodles, the best cuts of meat, etc. Every element matters.
Ramen is one of the titans of Asian gastronomy (in Japan you can have it on every corner) and one of the best ways to warm up when the cold weather hits. Today’s ramen is heir to a tradition that has taken care of its gastronomy to the maximum and here we bring you a selection of the best ramen in Barcelona.
