As in (almost) everything in this life, there are two types of people: those who like beer and those who like water with a little taste of beer, soft and without graduation. If you’re one of the former (that is, the good ones), you’ll know that once you try craft beer you can go back, but you’ll always notice the difference.
In Barcelona, years ago that the boom of the handmadebeer has filled bars, breweries and food trucks with this signature drink. The hispters inaugurated the tradition and, now, among all the modern in the city, there are few who still can’t tell the difference between an IPA and an Ale.
That’s why today we take a tour of the best craft beer places in Barcelona, because, whether or not you believe in the holy religion of craft beer, knowing the churches of a city has always been a matter of general culture.
La m茅s petita: for German beer lovers
It is a place dedicated to beers of author, the summun of the moderneo of the golden nectar and of the afterworkfans.

Brew Wild Bcn: beer, pizza and video games
Beer, pizza and video games – is there a better combination? We don’t think not, as they are three elements that fit together perfectly. Here, you’ll find Sicilian pizzas paired with more than 15 taps, bottles and cans of dozens of different craft beers.

BrewDog Barcelona: eat and drink the Scottish way
This is a Scottish place, so you’d better brush up on your English if you feel like meeting someone or pronouncing the menu items correctly (“briudog”? “breudog”?).
The ideal is to accompany the craft beer with one of their servings of hummus or guacamole, but we warn you that this raises the bill a little, although honestly, it seems a fair price if you take into account the attention of the staff and the quality of the product.

La Cervesera Artesana: a classic with a variety of flavors
If you are looking for a wide variety of craft beers in Barcelona, you can find it here. There are orange, mint, spices, mushrooms… The staff insisted for half an hour that we try the Coco one, and although it seemed a bit strange at first, it was delicious.
In addition, to innovate and come up with new drinks, they ask customers to suggest new ideas. Some of the most famous beers they have are the coconut beer or the asparagus beer.
So if you want to do a craft beer tasting, you certainly won’t get bored with all the variety of flavors they offer.

La Cerveseria Clandestina: a familiar and cozy place
It’s nice to find a familiar and close brewery among so many posh gastrobars and impersonal food chains. It is enough to go twice for the staff to learn your face and welcome you with open arms.
The menu combines from the most international labels to some home-madeones, as well as some commercial ones in case the customer does not feel like innovating.

BierCaB: dozens of shooters and bottles for all tastes
Here there are two things that are unbeatable, the treatment of the staff and everything they know about what they offer and the variety of beers on the menu.
There are beers of just about anything you can imagine and so many shooters that we’ve lost count. It was opened by a group of friends and the love and affection for the drink of the gods is evident in every corner.

脴lgod: beers, vinyls and billiards
This craft brewery is located in the heart of the Raval and has no less than 30 barrels. And if you’re wondering what it means or what 脴lgod is, well, it’s a Danish town that literally means “god of beer”.
In the place you will not only find craft beer, but also a room with a billiard room and, from time to time, they organize art exhibitions. A temple of hipsters and hipsters, no doubt.

Garagebeer: factory and premises
Open arms and fresh beers, this is how a proposal that is more than a bar welcomes you. Garagebeer are two breweries, but also a brewery, a restaurant where beer is served with pizza and even an event venue that can be booked for beer parties.
Their iconic cans of craft beer (El Grec, Cornerless, Monophonic…) are the proof that another local beer is possible.

Homo Sibaris, beer in the heart of Sants
If Sants is beer territory, Osca square is its epicenter, a square where everything that happens in this neighborhood happens. It is normal then that a brewery is set up here where all kinds of craft and foreign beers come together to turn customers into the sybarites who advertise the name of the place

Craft Beer ArteSants, a brewer’s dream made bar
With 26 taps and 300 square meters divided into four rooms, this place is one of the temples of beer in Sants. The beers are changing and every Wednesday there is pubquiz, other times there is live music and there is always sport to watch on the screens. The dream of many turned into a bar.

Textile
La Textil has its name because it is located in a beautiful place, an old textile warehouse in Eixample Dret, in front of Casa Calvet, from which the seams are still showing, and which has become a microbrewery, but in a macrobar. Microbrewery because it is a small, but tough brewery, with an annual production of 120,000 liters.
And macrobar because the space is huge, and its 11,000 m2 are, apart from a brewery, a restaurant and a cafeteria with gourmet food that even host live music. Also there are specialty coffee, cocktails, wines and l arta, by the way, of ember ‘street food’ led by Pablo Lagrange, a former Tickets.
