The second prize went to Pastisseria Larrosa in Flix and the third went to the historic Pastisseria Faixat in Barcelona, located at 159 Muntaner street.
The contest, held at the Estació del Nord, has had a professional jury that has valued aspects such as the external appearance, the drawing of the bars, the texture, the flavor and the quality of the ingredients. As a prize, the winner will have the honor of presenting his bread to the President of the Generalitat at the traditional Sant Jordi offering.
