The good weather is here and along with it comes Candlelight Open Air the series of candlelight concerts that you can enjoy outdoors. After playing in basilicas, luxury hotels and avant-garde auditoriums, this intimate musical experience comes to two spectacular outdoor venues: the gardens of the Sant Pau Art Nouveau Site and the courtyard of the Maristas La Inmaculada School.
From the hits of Coldplay, Queen or Laura Pausini, to the best soundtracks of Ludovico Einaudi. Very special tributes that will recall great musical milestones with exquisite repertoires, professional musicians and the most welcoming atmosphere. The perfect combination for a unique evening under the sky of Barcelona.
Candlelight Open Air concerts at the Sant Pau Art Nouveau Site
The imposing Sant Pau Art Nouveau Site the building, designed by architect Lluís Domènech i Montaner, is a landmark of Barcelona’s monumental wealth, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1997. A unique space known for its tiles, domes, mosaics and gardens, where the music of great artists such as Queen or ABBA will be played by candlelight.
Candlelight Open Air concerts at Maristas La Inmaculada College
Converted into a school in 1943, the Colegio Maristas La Inmaculada was first and foremost a convent. It was Joan Martorell Montells who, in the 19th century, designed this impressive Suite formed by the convent -with a Mudejar-influenced style- and the church, one of the most beautiful neo-Gothic examples in Barcelona. An incredible location that you will be able to see at its best thanks to some of the most special Tributes.
Candlelight Open Air invites you to relive the music of great milestones in musical history with 65-minute open-air concerts. A musical experience by candlelight that has already conquered thousands of spectators in cities such as Berlin and New York, and that will now come to the best venues in Barcelona.
