
It started as a meet-up and has ended up becoming the largest board game meeting in Europe. As explained in a report to Time Out, the organizers of Kleff went from looking for a good group to play with to organizing the event they would have liked to attend.
Now Kleff gathers 9,700 members and meets every Wednesday at the Estación del Francia, where about 200 people play different board games.
The meeting is at the Espai Gastronòmic de la Estació and you only need to register in advance to attend. And although access is free, it is recommended to consume something in the restaurant as a thank you to the reception of the event.
