Barcelona libraries open until midnight for Selectividad 2024

The Selectividad 2024 is just around the corner: this year the tests will be held on June 4, 5 and 6. Most high school students, as expected, are nervous about what career they will be able to choose.

The public libraries in Barcelona they add their grain of sand so that the students can remain there studying also during the weekend, once again demonstrating their commitment to their students high quality.

In addition to the rooms open every night from time to time during the period prior to the university entrance exams, the Youth Department of the Barcelona City Council, in agreement with the city’s Library Consortium, has opened 10 study rooms permanently at least from Monday to Thursday from 9:00 p.m. to midnight.

Extraordinary opening on June 1 and 2

On the occasion of the university entrance exams, ten permanent study halls in the city of Barcelona will extend their opening hours until midnight throughout the weekend.

Study halls will allow study in the evening hours on both Saturday, June 1 and Sunday, June 2. The ten permanent rooms are distributed throughout the different districts of the city, with nine located in public libraries and one in a youth facility. These are the extraordinary opening hours for each of them.
