We know, those of us who have spent August in Barcelona, have suffered the heat infernal that has accompanied this summer season. Many of us, at the minimum that the day gets a little covered, we get excited and take the sweater but, what will the weather really be in Barcelona in September?
Luckily, we have good news! These first days of September, according to Meteocat, the meteorological service of Catalonia, the sky will be cloudy in the city. And, although we will not get rid of the xafogor that permeates everything, at least, it will not be so hot.
Also, from Tuesday onwards storms are forecast in the city and, luckily, temperatures will not exceed 27-28°C. So the sweater is perhaps a bit of overkill, but I’m sure some long pants won’t hurt at all. Of course, don’t forget to take your umbrella with you, lest the rain catch you unawares after the first day of work.
However, it’s not all good news, temperatures will remain high until the Diada, more or less. So although, briefly with the storms, we’ll be spared the xafogor,it’s back to stay.
