A traditional restaurant, but with a contemporary approach and a casual spirit. This is how one could define the proposal of Maleducat, the restaurant in Barcelona that has just entered the Michelin Guide as one of the recommendations of the month of October in this 2025.
This restaurant in the neighborhood of Sant Antoni focuses on a sea and mountain cuisine with its own identity, a close atmosphere like the relationship of three friends who saw its birth (Victor, Ignasi and Marc) and an honest and dynamic menu designed for sharing, with more than 120 wine references.

With this base, Maleducat achieves the recognition of the French guide just as it celebrates its fifth anniversary. “A restaurant that has managed to make a name for itself based on its sea and mountain proposal”, the guide defines it in its latest publication. The selection highlights that it is a place “for nonconformist enjoyment”, with a modern cuisine and an attractive section of dishes to share.

In exchange, the diner gets tapas that reflect a fun look at Catalan tradition, such as its “dry rice with Palamós red shrimp tartar, emulsion of its heads and carpaccio of pig’s feet,” a tribute to the mythical Els Tinars.
Maleducat is located at Manso, 54, and is open from Monday to Saturday from 13:30 to 17:00 hours, and from 19:30 to 00:30 hours.

Maleducat is joined in the October recommendations by other restaurants in the city such as Oníric, Fronda Pasaje, Can Bo and Leña Barcelona.
