The most expensive municipal swimming pool in Barcelona is now open for another summer. The outdoor pool of the Centre Esportiu Municipal Parc de la Ciutadella, managed by Okeymas, has become this summer the public facility with the most expensive entrance fee in the city, with general rates reaching 18.29 euros per day.
Located on the rooftop of the sports center, the facility offers an outdoor pool and a gym overlooking the Parc de la Ciutadella, in addition to access to the full range of gym services with the entrance fee: fitness room equipped with the latest equipment, supervised activities, personalized training, sauna and jacuzzi.
Opening hours and prices of the swimming pool of the Centre Esportiu Municipal Parc de la Ciutadella

With the general admission of 18.29 euros, full access to the facilities turns the day into an opportunity to enjoy all the benefits of the gym and pool.
This pool, unlike others, is open from April 22 to October 31, with extended opening hours: Monday to Friday from 7 am to 10.30 pm, Saturdays until 8 pm and Sundays and holidays from 8 am to 2 pm.
Children under 5 years of age have free admission, while prices are reduced to 8.21 euros for children under 18, 13.41 euros for seniors over 65 and 10.99 euros for pink card holders.
Despite its public ownership, the center is managed on a concessionary basis and operates on a mixed model that combines one-off tickets with season tickets that include the use of the two swimming pools, both indoor and outdoor, more than 150 swimming lessons per month and access to the solarium during the summer.
The rates of this gymnasium of the Centre Esportiu Municipal Parc de la Ciutadella in 2025 are amortized with just a couple of days of attendance at the outdoor pool. The general season ticket with all-day access costs 58.88 €, while the children’s fee, for children aged 6 to 13, is 21.44 €, and the youth fee, for young people aged 14 to 17, is 24.29 €, among other options.
On the other hand, the cheapest pool in Barcelona costs only 2.75 euros in 2025 and has more than 2,000 m² of water, located in the Creueta del Coll park, in the Coll neighborhood (Gràcia).
