Whatever day you go you will always find a play or film that interests you. Ideal for gray days or when we do not know very well what to do since the culture is always a hit. Lasertag for the restless
We all have a friend who can’t sit still for a minute, and if you don’t, it’s you. Therefore, making a lasertag can become one of the best options if we want to get out of the house.
In general, in a lasertag you can play alone or with friends, so if no one is encouraged to come with you, you can still have a great time.
A fun and different plan to take advantage of when it rains in the city.

Having a coffee surrounded by books at La Laie
Is there anything more idyllic than sipping a hot cup of coffee surrounded by books while it rains? We think not and, luckily, in Barcelona we have an ideal space to do this: The Librería Laie..
This emblematic bookstore of the city is located in Pau Claris, very close to Plaza Uquinanona. Its entrance is very small, but don’t let that fool you, because once you go up to the second floor, you’ll be marveled by the light, the books and the cafeteria space they have set up.
📍Carrer de Pau Claris, 85, 08010 Barcelona
💸2-10€
Climbing on a rock climbing wall
There are those who, when they have a life crisis, like in their 30s or 40s, take up climbing. We believe that it is always a very good time to take up climbing, regardless of age.
Therefore, these rainy days, we do not know very well what to do, are perfect to get started in this new sport. You will not need much, just sportswear and a lot of desire.
We recommend you to go to Sharma Climbing Barcelona, one of the largest climbing walls in Spain where you will find routes for all levels.
📍Carrer del Marroc, 204, 08019 Barcelona
💸12-14€
Visit to Banksy Museum
In Barcelona we have dozens of museums and, sometimes, because we have them so close, we never go. That’s why, when it rains, we can take advantage to visit those places we don’t control so much of the city, like the Bansky Museum.
At the museum, located on Trafalgar Street, we can retrace the artist’s evolution through more than 120 reproductions of his famous graffiti, paintings and sculptures.
Banksy, whose identity is unknown, is one of the big names in contemporary art. His works always appear out of nowhere in the middle of a city and are loaded with social criticism.
📍Carrer de Trafalgar, 34, 08010 Barcelona
💸 From £10
America’s Cup Experience
The Copa America is one of the
It is the oldest sailing race in the world and in the America’s Cup Experience we can find from simulators of the boats that compete, to notice in first person how it is to sail a sailboat, which is more like a formula one than anything else, to explanations about the history of this tournament.
📍Moll d’Espanya, s/n, 08039 Barcelona
Table games between beers
When it rains you feel like staying at home playing Monopoly or Parcheesi, but what if we tell you that you can do the same with friends in a bar with much more atmosphere?
In Barcelona we have the Queimada NivellQ, a bar that offers more than 600 different board games. So if you want to beat Catan or Scrabble and spend an afternoon between beers with friends, this is the perfect place.
📍Carrer de la Independència, 323, 08026 Barcelona
💸5-15€
Snack with sofa and cake
A rainy afternoon is perfect to meet that friend you haven’t seen for a while and it’s time to petar la xerrada a little bit. Therefore, we believe that the plan sofa, coffee and cake are ideal to spend hours and hours talking with your partner.
In Barcelona, there are several places where you can go for a quiet snack and try an infinite amount of cakes, teas and coffees in a quiet and cozy atmosphere. Our favorites are, thanks to their snack offerings and comfy sofas, Cafe Cometa, Galeria Cosmo and Federal cafe, among others.

Visit the Dalí Challenge, an immersive experience
Dalí has been, without a doubt, one of the Catalonia’s most iconic characters. His parties, his provocative style and his world-famous paintings have made everyone hear about him.
In June the Dalí Challenge, experience was inaugurated where you can immerse yourself in the author’s paintings. Initially, the exhibition was to be until September, but thanks to the success it has had, we will be able to enjoy it until January 2025.
That’s why we believe that on a day like today, when it’s raining cats and dogs, bringing together leisure and culture is undoubtedly a phenomenal plan. A fun way to approach one of the great painters of the last century.

Enjoy the views of the city through the rain
.
Perhaps it would never occur to us to go to a terrace when it rains, but the truth is that being under an awning and seeing the whole city while the rain falls on you is impressive. We think Barcelona is beautiful in all its forms and this is perhaps one of the least known.
When it rains, or storms, the smells and colors of the city change and watching it from restaurants like Mirablau or Casal Mas Guinardó, from which you can see the entire skyline of Barcelona, is a unique sensory experience and, above all, without getting too wet.
